General Terms and Conditions

Price

The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, excluding shipping costs.

Martha Fine Crafts reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices displayed at the time of the order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Postcard via PostFinance, Visa and Master Card via Six Payment Services, Twint, bank transfer.

Delivery and transportation

Deliveries in Switzerland only.

Items available are sent by post approximately within 2 to 5 working days in Switzerland. Delivery fees are paid once per order. Shipping charges are Chf 5. 

Free shipping for orders above Chf 60 for delivery in Switzerland.

PLEASE NOTE: Martha Fine Crafts does not deliver its parcels to post office boxes.

Return or exchange of goods

Defective items can be returned in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references if included), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. Each item must be returned unused and in its original condition. First, it is necessary to contact us by email contact@marthafinecrafts.ch before returning the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

A credit corresponding to the value of the original order (excluding delivery costs) will be created on the online store.

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The applicable law is Swiss law, in the event of a dispute, the legal forum is Geneva exclusively.

Only the French version of the general conditions is binding.
